Sky View Tagliatelle is a nutritious, high protein cultured pasta made from Central Wisconsin's finest and freshest ingredients. Handmade using organic eggs, durum semolina flour, organic vegetables, and sea salt, the pasta dough is cultured to achieve the best flavor and nutrition. We produce and dry the shelf-stable pasta in the Farmshed commercial kitchen and are a WI licensed food processing plant.
Our family loves to cook (and eat). In my experience, most good things start in the kitchen. I grew up in a bakery and my Italian grandmother made pasta that still lingers in my dreams. A number of years ago, we inherited my Nona's pasta maker and started cranking crazy pasta in our home kitchen. With dreams of funding a family vacation with pasta dough, we gained our commercial license and began selling in 2017.
We currently sell pasta every Saturday morning at the Stevens Point Winter Farmers Market and are open to wholesale orders by request. We source our ingredients from a number of area farms, including Whitefeather Organics, Red Door Family Farm, and Meuer Farm. We currently make traditional, spinach, buttercup squash, beet, chard, potato, and smoked pepper pasta. As the season changes so will the pasta!
